During the Easter break, Claremont Fan Court School’s science and technology department have supported the local community and NHS as best they can whilst the lockdown continues. A total of 120 safety specs and six boxes of gloves were donated to the school's local Princess Alice Hospice in Esher as they continue to provide vital compassionate care during this time.

The school's Head of Technology, Mr Gladstone, also designed and produced 130 protective face shields using the school’s laser cutter which were distributed to NHS staff on the front line at St Thomas’s hospital in London.

It is a pleasure to be able to support the community and NHS in this way and the school extends their gratitude to essential workers who continue to provide a vitally important service during these challenging times.
