Berkhamsted School Regional success for Young Enterprise Groups

Four of Berkhamsted School's teams achieved recognition with their Hologram product for mobile devices and shop displays

BerkhamstedSchool’s Young Enterprise groups enjoyed a successful day at the Dacorum and Rickmansworth Young Enterprise Finals on Wednesday 16 March. 

Four of Berkhamsted School's teams achieved recognition of some sort with Sixth Sense judged as overall winners, booking their place at the Hertfordshire Finals with their Hologram product for mobile devices and shop displays. Rustic Roots were a very close third, narrowly missing out on going through to the Hertfordshire finals on 27 April. 

Below are the awards won by the groups: 
  • The Overall winners were Sixth Sense
  • Best Company Administration and Report and also the award for Best Trade Stand went to Rustic Roots
  • The award for Social, Ethical & Environmental went to Chalk Ease
  • The award for Innovation & Entrepreneurship went to Sixth Sense
  • The Endeavour Award went to Serenitea.

Berkhamsted wishes the members of Sixth Sense - Georgina St John, Isabel Hurst, Imogen Hopkins, Caitlin Bullen-Teasdale, Claudia Lambert-Ng, Madeleine MacConnol, Daniel Ward, India Skelt, Honor Gulliford, Jonathan Dunkley, Samuel Robertson and Millie Quick – every success in the next round of the Young Enterprise competition.
