On the 2 December Challenging Heights, a charity working closely with schools in Ghana to protect children’s rights and end child trafficking, arrived to collect uniform kindly donated by parents in the Prep and Pre-Prep. The school also agreed to support the scheme by donating surplus stock of uniform held by the second hand uniform shop.

We were absolutely delighted to receive some pictures a couple of weeks later showing children supported by the charity wearing our donated dresses and shirts at their school in Ghana. An additional collection also allowed for the charity to give the children special Christmas presents including Cadbury’s chocolate and teddy bears.

It is a real joy to see the children in Ghana benefiting from our donated uniforms and a great pleasure to have been able to support Challenging Heights in this way. Another donation of uniforms will also be collected and distributed to children in India via the RBS Foundation India community and sustainability scheme.
